11. How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12:00am CST will begin processing the next day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND unless otherwise noted. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, or HOLIDAYS.

13. Why does it say estimate next to shipping & handling?
Since we do not know the exact dimensions & weight of your box, this is a estimate based on the dollar amount of your order. When we figure out your weight & dimensions you will be charged the correct amount. Please be advised that UPS charges a additional fee for residential addresses. |

14. What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and
exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn
or altered and with all tags attached. No returns are
accepted without our return authorization number. Return
authorization must be requested and claims must be filed
within 7 days of the invoice date. All returns must be
received within 14 days of invoice date or claims will
be cancelled. No returns accepted on sale items or merchandise
not in original condition. All items are sold at wholesale
prices. Therefore, returns are only accepted for items
which contain manufacture flaws or damages. A 20% restocking
fee will be added to all shipments returned by UPS, which
are refused or unclaimed. WASHED, DECORATED OR ALTERED
MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE!!

17. How do I make a return or exchange?
After obtaining a return authorization number, write the
number and date you received the number on a copy of the
original invoice. Send the merchandise and invoice in
original package if possible. (We recommend that you insure
the return packages to CJHandbag.com. This will provide
you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept
responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.)
